1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and phrush (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phrush.lat (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phrush Platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phrush Platform and close any existing account by contacting our support team.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the phrush Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the period of your continued use:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) framework. phrush strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phrush or any relevant regulatory body, including the PAGCOR Exclusion Programme.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of phrush, or an immediate family member of such a person.

phrush reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To use the phrush Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one phrush account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different contact information is used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phrush will suspend all identified duplicate accounts and may void any bonus winnings generated through such accounts.
• KYC Verification: phrush operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport) before processing any withdrawal. Additional documentation may be requested for large transactions or as required by applicable regulations.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. phrush accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account details, including incorrect GCash or Maya wallet numbers provided for withdrawals.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrush login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• You must notify phrush immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our 24/7 Live Chat support.
• phrush will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• phrush employs industry-standard TLS encryption and may employ additional fraud detection measures, including login anomaly detection and device fingerprinting, to protect your account.
• You must not access the phrush Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any technology not approved by phrush.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your phrush account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phrush accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits are generally credited to your phrush balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically process within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business hours. phrush reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawals.

5.3 Own Funds

You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. phrush does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of third parties. Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through unlawful means will result in immediate account suspension and a report to the relevant Philippine authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phrush may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses credited to your phrush account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• phrush reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including retroactively in cases of suspected abuse or where technical errors have affected the promotion.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or who use any form of bonus abuse strategy, will have their accounts suspended and any bonus-derived winnings voided.
• Only one bonus may be active on a phrush account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Gaming Rules

By participating in any game on the phrush Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All games on phrush are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict, the game rules take precedence over general platform rules for game outcome purposes.
• All games utilising Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are certified for fairness. Live dealer games are operated in real time from licensed studio facilities.
• phrush reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or human error. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to your phrush account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phrush may adjust these limits at any time.
• The results of all completed and settled games are final and binding, subject only to phrush's error correction rights described above.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phrush Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated betting system, robot, script, or other unauthorised software to interact with the phrush Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain financial advantage. Any such advantage obtained must be reported immediately and returned to phrush.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the phrush Platform.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any portion of the phrush Platform or its content.
• Conducting charge-backs, payment disputes, or reversals through any payment provider in bad faith.

9. Responsible Gaming

phrush is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• All phrush accounts include access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
• phrush staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players displaying such indicators.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and will remain in effect for the elected period. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phrush Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, user interface elements, marketing copy, and structural design — is the proprietary intellectual property of phrush or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of phrush. Your phrush account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrush shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the phrush Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform availability due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failure, or circumstances outside phrush's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your phrush login credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the phrush Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phrush's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

phrush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or player request. In the event of account closure for legitimate player-initiated reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completed KYC verification. phrush will communicate the reason for any account suspension where it is lawfully permitted to do so.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their formation, validity, or breach, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific transaction or game outcome, the Player must first submit a written complaint to phrush support. phrush will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

14. Amendments

phrush reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the phrush Platform with the updated effective date. Where material changes are made, phrush will endeavour to notify registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of the phrush Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
